This week, Créalunch innovates by offering you for the first time, a beer risotto. Same principle as a traditional risotto, with abrorio rice, onions, garlic, homemade broth and parmesan cheese, and beer to replace the white wine. The whole thing is mixed with seasonal vegetables and topped with pulled pork in a homemade BBQ sauce with a nice smoky taste.
Ingredients: Quebec pork shoulder, abrorio rice, butternut squash, celery root, peas, onion, garlic, homemade chicken broth (chicken bone, onion, carrot, celery, thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, parsley), parmesan, beer, ketchup, dijon mustard, worchestershire sauce, brown sugar, cider vinegar, paprika, canola oil, parsley, salt, pepper.
