One of our favourite meatball recipes is back on our menu this week. Our must-have wild blueberry pork meatballs, for an inimitable sweet and salty taste. Served with beetroot and lime puree and carrot peas with red onions.
Ingredients: Quebec ground pork, blueberries, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, potato, beetroot, lime, peas, carrot, red onion, butter, milk, canola oil, lemon pepper, parsley, salt, pepper.
