For our new poutine recipe, we go with the classic galvaude, with its fries baked with Montreal steak spices, topped with chicken and peas, and its homemade brown sauce made with a brown veal background, worchestershire sauce, garlic and caramelized onions. All always accompanied by its cheese curds.
