Even after 6 years of existence, we still manage to concoct wonderful recipes, as tasty as colorful. Here are our pork medallions topped with a homemade sauce made with a chicken broth, corn, cream and roasted red peppers. Served with its orzo and its farandole of colorful vegetables.
