This week, we've been inspired by it to offer you a 100% new recipe, with perfectly tender braised pork cheek, topped with a red wine sauce, citrus juice and zest, and sangria spices such as cinnamon, star anise, coriander seeds and brown sugar. Served with a maple celery root purée and vegetables of the moment.
